Bluescreens on Bluescreenview: http://puu.sh/bSnwb.png

Some of these blue screens I have never seen, and I actually looked at the timestamp on one and it happened when I was shutting down my computer. I have ran Memtest86+, sfc /scannow but nothing there. I have switched my power supply.

As for the other problem, computer freezing, it only happens when I'm using very high amounts of GPU & CPU power. Like playing CS:GO with uncapped FPS, resulting in 70-99% GPU usage. Does not happen instantly, after 10 mins or so. Heat is ruled out unless there is a bad sensor.

go here and grab the BIOS that supports your new CPU.
version 1.4 rather than the p1.3 version you have installed

your BIOS version is older than the CPU release date.
update your BIOS to get microcode fixes
update your intel chipset drivers to get microcode fixes

I would enable verifier.exe to see if I could catch one of them causing corruption. I would also enable kernel or full memory dump because debugging the debugging info will not be saved otherwise. in the bugcheck I looked at, all I could really tell was that the system had woken from hibernation before the failure. I would need a kernel dump to actually be of use to see what device did not restore power correctly.
