How much power will this build need?

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler:
Phanteks PH-TC14PE 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler

Motherboard:
Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory:
G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage:
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive x 2
Hitachi Travelstar 5K1000 1TB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card:
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX Video Card

Case:
Corsair 500R Black ATX Mid Tower Case

I have yet to pick an optical drive.

EDIT: I may be running SLI in the future and I will probably overclock.

less than 400 watts at stock

140 for the cpu
150 for the gpu
the rest of the system should take less than 100w.

i wouldn't try to run it on anything less than a 550w psu for a single card 750w for an sli setup.

A good 750watt should be fine.In different price ranges,

there are probably some others i should mention,but these will do good.The most expensive evga is also the best choice at the moment.

Then a good quality 750 - 800 W PSU will suffice.
