Because I live in Australia it's going to cost a ton to get gear for newegg and those websites, I had troubles finding things such as memory sticks (I was looking at Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory) and for the case(Cooler Master Elite 311 (Silver) ATX Mid Tower Case )

I was just needing help filling in the gaps because I was unable to find them within Australia and finding equivalents is impossible for someone with no experience

the websites I would use are ( if you wanted to include the links) www.mwave.com.au, techbuy.com.au and itestate.com.au

The quad core would be better for what you want with the pc.You could use the next m-atx motherboard if you don't need that many expansion slots,
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-b85mpro4
it also has less sta 3 ports, but 4 should still be enough.
