Will not boot from CD/DVD?

I have set my CD/DVD to first in boot order with my disc with windows inside. The computer then says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" Can someone help me?

Must have done it the wrong way then. Or the system youre trying to install it on does it suport UEFI / secureboot. And is that disk 32 or 64 bit?

If its 64 bit enable UEFI / secureboot in the BIOS. If its 32 bit CSM has to be enabled if its in the BIOS. But I dont think 32 bit supports secureboot

Actually just found secure boot, however when i attempt to activate it a message pops up saying "Platform in Setup Mode! Secure Boot can be enabled when platform is in user mode. Repeat operation after enrolling Platform key." Not sure how to do this.
