Best Graphics Card around $200 for gaming

Hello guys,

I am a gamer building my first gaming computer. I am looking for the best graphics card out there for gaming, it should be no more than $230 and btw I play graphically intense games like crysis 3, thanks in advance.

my CPU is Intel core i7 4790k and my motherboard is the msi z97 gaming 7, I haven't decided my PSU yet.

You should get an i5 4690K to save $100,so you can invest that money into buying a better GPU,which would be an MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V.
For the PSU,550W for the 970 will be enough.

I bought a high ranked cpu so my computer could last for years and I hope In the future to buy a high ranked graphics card as well or maybe even have an SLI but for now I can't afford such a graphics card.
