yes its more than enough for gtx 970 but quality wise the vs series of corsair is average.

VS is the budget PSU from Corsair, although very average, it's fine for the GPU.

It pretty much goes like this for most aftermarket models:
GTX 770<GTX 780<GTX 970<GTX 780 Ti<GTX 980. For the exact same price, I'd go with 780 Ti over 970, even if I know all the praises (which I do too) of 900 series, Ti is simply better than 970 unless you're looking for 4k gaming.

At 1080p gtx 780 ti is better ? If i were you , which one would you go for ? And also which brand for gtx 780 ti is the best? Thanks

I'd honestly go for 780 Ti, even with all the plus points of 970, performance wise its simply a bit better. EVGA makes the finest 700 series cards.
