Hello,

I am building my first pc and would like help with the cooler that I would need even if I don't overclock. I don't want the Noctua NH D-14 because its too big and might damage my cpu if I move my pc.I would like something smaller and powerful as the Noctua. Would I be able to play max setting in any game?

1.I will not overclock the pc, because I don't know how to overclock. But I might try in the future, when I learn.

2. I am buying the i7 4790K instead of the i5 4670k, because I don't want to overclock to 4.4.Ghz and for the future. I hope this build last at least 3 years.

3. Any recommendations on a better RAM would be great!

4. Bought two SSD for Raid 0.

5. I would like to spend less than 100 in a good looking case.

Thanks in advance,
Ric

Solution
logainofhades would you recommend that EVGA unit over the one I posted? I was going to recommend that EVGA unit, but for $5 extra I saw gold certified and full modular so I decided to recommend the XFX XTR 750w. I guess they are both solid units though, lol :p

EDIT: OOPS I didn't realize the price was after a $20 MIR. OP the EVGA unit would do well and will save you money.

Mmm Yeah, I had doubts about the Cooler Master GX II 750W, but I already bought it. I don't know if I can return it. How badly can the power supply affect my gaming performance?
