Hi and welcome to Tom's forum.

I would suggest you remove the CPU and CPU cooler and install it again. Check the motherboard manual, maybe you can find what exactly means those errors.

To add to above, make sure the CPU is orientated the correct way (I know it sounds impossible to actually pull down the lever with the CPU in the wrong way, but on that socket the CPU can be locked in the socket even when in the wrong orientation. These "b3 and b4 and 35" errors are often from the CPU, though it differs from board to board. Also, as listed above check the manual what exactly they mean.

Is there any residue on the CPU itself?

Looking at ASRock error codes -

B3- Not listed and unknown- may be their code saying you have an error.

B4 - USB devices - Please try removing all USB devices.

35 - Problem exists with memory. ASRock say - Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module or try using other memory modules.

Sounds like you have an issue hardware, as it can't be anything software. If you have a PC shop nearby your going to have to get them to test different parts, as there is nothing else we can do as it is beyond our control.
