Hi everyone
I am building a new Gaming PC.
My budget is $800. Can't stretch beyond this limit.
Components which I want to buy with this amount are:
1) CPU
2) Mother board
3) PSU
4) RAM
5) Cabinet
Note 1: I do not need keyboard, HDD, mouse etc
Note 2: I have GPU, sapphire R9 270X Vapor, but I intend to buy R9 295X2 or two R9 290 in cross fire mode, in the month of December.
So please suggest config which will suitable to the above mentioned cards.
If I buy 8370e, will it bottleneck the GPU?? (Either R9 270X which I own or R9 295X2, which I will buy later on)
Please suggest me config which would best suit my needs, considering the above mentioned constraints.
Thanks.

with the R9 295X2 it seems to hold it back compared to intel's CPU's, but it gets the job done with over 60 FPS in the benchmarks. I will put together a rig for you. Gimme a sec ^^

Those PSU's are not gonna handle a R9-295x or 2 R9-290's.
I also Think if you gonna have a R9-290 or R9-295x why have an i3?
Multiple Cores are being utilized more and more there is no reason to not have a a Quad Core Cpu.
Also a B85 Mobo is an interesting Choice.

I got him a B85 because I don't think he needs any of the extra "pricey" additions to the newer models.

Hi.
I would like to go with AMD Configuration.
few questions though:
1) What about this PSU?
http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-ss-860xp2-860-watts-ps...
I have pretty good experience with Seasonic S12 550G PSU. I think Seasonic manufactures high quality stuff. Correct me if I am wrong.
2) Let's say I want to spend $50-$70 for CPU cooler. Is it justified? I may not overclock it. If it's required, what would be the better option a good Air cooler at that price or an entry level liquid cooler at that price?
3) 2 R9 290 vs 1 R9 295X2. Which would be better in terms of price/performance ratio?
Thanks buddy.

Note: Both boards support crossfire
Those PSU's are not gonna handle a R9-295x or 2 R9-290's.
I also Think if you gonna have a R9-290 or R9-295x why have an i3?
Multiple Cores are being utilized more and more there is no reason to not have a a Quad Core Cpu.
Also a B85 Mobo is an interesting Choice.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/amd-fx-8370e-cpu,39...
read that benchmark i posted up top
Forgot about the PSU's XD this was from a previous build

I would go for 1000w Minimum if you are going to Run a R9-295x. That thing sucks Power like Kool-Aid.

Hyper 212 evo is like 30 dollars and is great for over clocking as well. It's an aluminum based heatsink so it's great. As opposed to Liquid Cooling, LC is only for the bigger overclocks so it's not worth it if you aren't OCing, I would go with a 1000 watt PSU since the r9 295x2 takes a lot of power. When you buy the parts show me the rig! I want to be dazzled ^^~

Not really no. Are you going to game on 4k Resolution? That card was made for that and do not worry your CPU will handle the card just fine
