LGA1055 vs LGA2011... ?? LGA2011 if you can afford it!

MEM - LGA2011 is quad channel memory. Look for modules x4... 4x4GB for 16GB total. Also, avoid tall heat spreaders. They aren't needed.
THERMAL PASTE - Not needed
CPU COOLER - The EVO is OK, but the Noctua will perform better

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($369.00 @ CPL Online)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U14S 55.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($85.00 @ CPL Online)
Motherboard: ASRock X79 Extreme6 ATX LGA2011 Motherboard ($229.00 @ CPL Online)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($205.00 @ CPL Online)
Total: $888.00
