3 months ago I build a new rig and nothing wrong with it. Last week it come a freeze problem when i playing dota 2 it freeze randomly. When i play diablo 3 it never happen and i tried play my new game resident evil 6 it freeze randomly too. It seem like happen when heavy load. So i am curious is that graphic falling? or maybe another parts?

Here is my specs:

CPU: Intel i7 4790
MOBO: Gigabyte z97x-sli
GPU: nVidia gtx 660
Ram: 2x Kingston hyperX 4gb
PSU: Cooler Master GX II 550W
1 Kingston 120gb SSD and 2 500gb HDD (this 2 HDD is from my old rig and still can operation normal)
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate

Right now i still can use my PC like normal but not when playing heavy load game like dota 2. And when I check event viewer and I saw

The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video7
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x405840=0xa0061a04
\Device\Video7
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x405840=0xa0020000
\Device\Video7
Graphics Exception: Shader Program Header 18 Error
and many many about Shader Program Header Error

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my PC.

Update:
When dota game freeze i still can move my mouse and go task manager to force close data game.

what is wrong with PC? absolutely nothing, it purposefuly protects you from side-effects of playing dota 2.That horribly addictive game can literally make you lose your mind and turn you into nolifer psychopat, damn man you should thank your PC for saving your life, few PCs are that nice.

Hello.

Try a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers. First, unistall them from the control panel. Then download Display Driver Uninstaller from here http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-unin...
Then go to safe mode and run DDU. Clean your Nvdia drivers. Reboot.
Then freshly install the latest driver.

Hope this helps.

Turn off any overclocking . Check for overheating . Try another video driver - newer or older . Run a virus scan . Check for running background processes . Uninstall Geforce Experience . Defrag the hdd . Try from NVidia Control Panel : Use my preference emphasizing : Performance . Check for too high values set for Antialiasing , Ambient occlusion, and Anisotropic filtering . Try off or application -controlled . Set maximum pre-rendered frames : 2 .

It never takes anything to try it again with DDU. Give it a go!
