I am looking at a couple different pre-built comps one with 2 gtx 760 super-clocked with 2gb each rams and one with 1 gtx 980 with 4gb ram.
in fact here are the specs of the ones I am pondering.

and has been called a high end build with no bottlenecks on my previous post.

Evga B2 series is a better choice, for similar prices. OP, get the first rig, as it has a far better GPU. While the CX 750 isn't stellar, it will be ok with that build, as the GTX 980 is pretty efficient on power.
