I want to know if I will have Windows.old folder with all my old files that were in C:\ disk(where windows is installed) after Windows reinstallation. I had Windows 8, then I got a problem "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart bla bla bla". Refreshing doesn't work, copying with cmd's xcopy command from my C disk to external hard drive doesn't work either. Now I want just simply install Windows 8.1 and I don't know if my old files will be backuped to Windows.old folder.
