Hi, usually I'm not this much of a noob. But this has me stumped.

I booted my Desktop when I got home, I left it to boot. I come back the screen is black so I reboot.
It loads up the BIOS and motherboard thing it does very briefly. It all fine. Then it has the Blue screen windows 8 thing with the winky face, for less than a second and it auto reboots. Once it reboots it goes normally it all fine. It starts to load windows wth the spining wheel it says loading auto repair. and then it goes to diagnosing PC. and then takes a long time.
My specs:
Corsair CX 500W Intel Core i3 540 3.06GHz
Gigabyte H55M-UD2H Intel H55 (Socket 1156) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard
