is this a good board

hello im looking to buy a GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard and pair it with an FX6300 amd cpu i want to know if this board will work well with the fx6300 cpu i do plan to overclock the to at least 4.0 from the stock 3.5 i will also use it for gaming will i notice any performance hits with this cpu mobo combo?

It'll work, I'd try and get something a little newer and better

the board i mentioned comes in a cpu mobo and 8 gig memory bundle for less then 250 which is my budget so thats why im considering it
