Have you stress tested the CPU to ensure its stable? Do a Prime95 stress test (Small FFTs) for a couple hours atleast to ensure that the system doesn't crash and temps don't go above 75C. Also, are you using the stock cooler (not recommended for OCing) or an af one?

What is the temp range when running idle? Ambient temp in your home? Are you using stock cooler? Have you stress tested your system or just overclock and start using programs?

You should test it, with Prime95 or any other good stress testing tool, full load temps shouldn't exceed 75C, and from what I've seen, your system is most likely not stable. Please post the full setup specs, it'll be helpful.
