Make my a gaming computer with the componenets you think are best for that price range.

I already have the case which is a Fractal Design Define R4. I also have the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and OS.

I would like it to be able to run new games and high graphics. I am not going to overclock it, and don't care about liquid cooling.

So basically am looking for:

And here is an AMD build that comes in at the top of your budget, but I was able to get the new GTX 970 in the build. I would probably go with this build if it was me.
