I am looking for a laptop to use for college work (this will include some use of modeling software and programming) and gaming. Customizing a HP Envy 15 (non-touch) looked like a good option for getting what i would like from the computer but i would like to know your opinion.

Here are the specs:
-SuperMulti DVD burner
-3C14 Cycle AV
-4-cell 48WHr Lithium-ion Battery
-Backlit Keyboard with Fingerprint Reader
-802.11b/g/n WLAN [1x1]
-Windows 8.1 64
-15.6-inch diagonal Full HD WLED-backlit Display (1920x1080)
-8GB DDR3L System Memory (1 Dimm)
-HP ENVY - 15t Laptop
-4th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U Dual Core Processor + 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M Graphics
-1TB 5400 rpm Hybrid Hard Drive
-HP TrueVision HD Webcam with Dual Digital Microphone.

Before taxes and fees but with a coupon it comes in at $905. Are there any changes you would make or possibly even go for a different laptop ?

Thanks,
Philip.
