I just bought circle cabinet CC-830 with 600w power supply.
n nw planning to buy
Processor - AMD FX8350
Motherboard-Asus M5A99FX PRo R2.0
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
Graphics Card - Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5
any suggestion ?

try to get 2x2GB so that you can upgrade in the future. 7770 is weak, 750ti? perhaps? The CPU is overpowered compared to the GPU as it stands. What 600W PSU is it, how many amps on the 12V rails?

What will you be using it for?

The above specs will be good for moderate gaming, streaming/capture and some video rendering tasks such as x.264 encoding.

If you are a heavy app user with Adobe products in particular, they are better optimized for Intel CPUs.

Suggestions:

FX 8320 and overclock to 8350 speeds
2 x4 gig of RAM
A motherboard with a 970 series chipset
a decent graphics card

You should get 2×4=8GB RAM.
Also, 13thmonkey comment on GPU is correct if your main interest is playing games.
