Will this upgrade make a big difference?

Hi,
Here are my upgrades an I am wondering if they will make a big difference?
FX 8320 > i5 4690k
R9 270x > GTX 980
Asus M5A97 > Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
NZXT T40 Respire > Cooler Master Hyper 412s
