Varies by card, but 95C is considered safe maximum, recommended to keep it at or around 80C.

I've gotten two R9 290 Tri-X by Sapphire. The top one runs at 50-58C without playing games while searching the web and having some programs open do you think this will keep my card fine for 2 years? And it goes up to 75-85 while gaming on games like BF on ultra (My room gets really hot as I've gotten 3 monitors my PS4 And my TV.)

It is within spec, so should be fine for the expected life of the card.
