Hi guys.This is my rig
Cpu: i7 4790k
MB:Gigabyte gaming g1 z97x wifi bk
RAM:Corsair Dominator Platinum 16 Gb.
The rest of parts are irrelevant.I want to know whick cooler is the best for this proccesor.I don't make overclock.I just use this rig for gaming and some video recording. Please tell me and help me to make the best choice.
I was thinking at Noctua NH-D15 and Corsair Hydro h110.Also,the budget is not a problem.Thank you anticipated.

The Corsair Dominators have those tall heat sinks which serve a very important cooling function .... they "look cool" . Most coolers will have an issue, look at the Cryorig R1 Universal which is designed to miss those sill heat sinks ... they make the Vengeance in low profile but not (I don't think, at least not that I have seen, the Dominators)

you could get similar performance with air from the phanteks PH-TC14PE (comes in various colors) for a bit less money. AIO, i am less sure about, the swiftech h220x looks interesting http://pcpartpicker.com/part/swiftech-cpu-cooler-h220x since you can increase the loop to include more radiators/components on the loop.

The Phanteks is my cooler of choice but you won't get the Dominators in with the Phanteks, I uses Mushkin Redline which not only have better quality (Hynix modules) but better timings and they have low profile version.

For example, the Dominators ar 10-12-12-31 on the DDR3-2400 sets whereas Mushkin in 10-12-12-28

I really don't see going any other way .... unless you consider "looking cool" an important cooling function :)

Cases, I can understand aesthetics .... RAM sticks not so much :)

eh to each their own, typically do unobtrusive corsair / crucial or if i want "shiny", i've been having a lot of good experiences with avexir's core series.

I'll look at aesthetics but not at the expense of useability and performance .... When water cooling I use Mushkin Redine Ridgebacks .... mainly cause they have Hynix modules and better timings but they sure do look perty in a lad back sorta way.... I no likie "Blingy" logos and graphics
