I know there has to be ton of these threads and most I've probably been too and have read. I understand the majority of the issues regarding sli and "future proofing" but as an ex console gamer my overall knowledge in this is still limited.

I game in 1080 exclusively and use dual monitors. One monitor for gaming, the other for teamspeak or w/e other small things I have going on. I play only arma 3, firefall, and skyrim (yes still) right now and have no problems running all on high settings. There are other games coming out like Dying Light, H1Z1, and The Division that I am looking to play and would like to record and stream on very high/ ultra settings with good frames. The current GPU does an ok job so far but I know it'll be time to upgrade soon. What is the best card for my situation? I plan on waiting until black friday or "cyber Monday" to get the best deal available, but I would like to know what and why I'm getting that deal beforehand. If the larger 660 could do the trick I'd be more then happy to get that and wait for the 8xx series whenever they come out. Thanks in advance.

Solution
Agreed, the 800 series you are waiting on came out. The GTX970 and GTX980, they skipped 800.

If you aren't purchasing until November, ask again then.
