FYI:

HDMI or DVI are better, doesnt matter which one.
VGA is old analog and will be less crisp and less bright.

If your monitor only has VGA and your graphics card does not have VGA then one of those DVI ports will support a DVI-VGA adapter.

If you need quick removal then get HDMI, if not then get DVI (hdmi pulls right out while DVI uses thumb screws).

I'm pretty sure my monitor has a hdmi or a dive since it's quite a new monitor thanks though boosted1g and Paul nz

HDMI if you want sound. DVI you'll need a cable for sound
