Okay... so I need something new... I've gotten a taste of PC gaming, but I have a laptop that's not good for gaming... I really like the PS4. I honestly probably WOULD go with PC, but it just doesn't seem to me that it really has competitive, good gaming (like Destiny for example). I know that PC has a ton of CHEAP shooters and stuff, but it seems it lacks in big time shooters. You know what I mean? Like it doesn't seem like to me people play PC shooters a lot... help me out. And I know most people on here will tell me PC... but please convince me as far as game QUALITY is concerned

I think the PS4 would be a good idea if you have other genres you like to play as well. The PS4 as well does have console exclusive games if those interest you too. But if you're just looking to play some quick shooters like Battlefield, Call of Duty, or even CS, then PC would have a much better experience (Well depends if those Devs unlazy and optimize for PC *cough* ubisoft *cough*)

PC would be the best if you have a good gaming PC/laptop due to the fact that there is a larger library of games, PC games support higher resolutions than console (if your PC and monitor can produce this resolution) and you due to the fact that you can get mods for games which lets in a whole new world or possibility.
PC gaming has come along way in the last few years and there are many more PC gamers than their used to be.

"Big" dosent need to mean "good". When you quote Destiny, as far as I have read it has been a big fail. However My definition of good or bad game might not be the same as yours.

Currently I am playing Stalker lost alpha (its a free game since its basicaly a MOD), that is around 4 times bigger than the original game, has better graphics, and overall beats everything I played till today in the single player FPS category. Since you cant do that on a console, Im not interested in having one..

There are two reasons I favour consoles vs PCs (and only in those 2 cases Id buy a console):

1- A console does not need baby sitting, it works mostly alone. That is less time working and more time playing.
2- There are more games developed for multiplier (on the same console) in consoles (but you can just have 2 PCs...).
