HyperTransport of 2600MHz vs 2200MHz. Performance loss?

Since there are so few mATX boards that are seriously suitable for the FX-6300,6350, 8320,8350 processors, the one I settled on is the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. But it only has a HT speed of 2200MHz. Will this be a performance limiting factor?

It supports the 8350 and even the new 8370(s), has the 2600 HT, nothing was said about OCing (though it does OC decently), I myself wouldn't be going for a high OC on any micro formfactor mobo

OK. Well, it has to be a mATX board because of the case I am using, and I want to keep the mATX case I presently have. So, which would be the wisest choice for performance considering I will be doing some minor overclocking. Probably mostly multiplier increasing with minimal vcore increasing only if/as necessary:
2600 MHz HT and 3+1 phase power (Asus)
or
2200 MHz HT and 4+1 phase power (Gigabyte)
