I am building my computer currently and I was looking into the 7970 GHz Edition, but I heard it's loud, about 65 DbB (same noise as a normal conversation) I don't want my computer that loud. The GTX 980 just came out a few weeks and it is runs at about 45-47 DbB (a little louder than a whisper in a library) I like that number and it's not too loud, BUT I want to know if the prices are the same and performance, is it better or equal? I was getting mixed reactions. Thank you!
