So my computer is a custom made i had no problems with it untill today. I have no problem starting up but the computer is really struggling to do everything else google chrome lags there is a HUGE load time just to get it up before to day it would take literally 1 seconds to start up now it takes about 12 seconds and when i try to type its even worse it lags when i type sometimes. I scanned my AV software but still i got nothing from the full scan couldnt detect anything. Its not only just chrome its EVERYTHING that is slowed down dramatically, folders will take 30 seconds games that took me 10 seconds will take a minute to load sometimes even more. Im pretty sure its a virus but im not sure what i can do.

Solution
In task manager go through the running programs and let us know what is using the most memory or any applications or background processes that you do not recognize. I also open my installed programs and uninstall any that I did not install myself, If this were my computer I would also run a boot-time virus scan with avast.
