Depends what your doing, generally speaking 4 is enough but if you plan to play high end games, I would recommend 8. Again on the ssd, if you plan to play games it doesn't really make the game any "faster" all you'll notice with an ssd is a great boot time! What you may want to consider is the best of both worlds, a small ssd, and 4 gb's of ram.

Yeah I would suggest another 4 gb's of ram, if your alright with longer boot times you don't really need an SSD.

Assuming that you have already been playing LOL on your computer with 4GB of ram, it won't be a longer load time if you don't get an SSD, but it will be slower times than with an SSD.

Gaming and most anything else you do will get more benefit from additional DRAM unless you only use the computer with a single Window at a time - an SSD will make booting and loading apps and data faster

Yea 8GBs of ram is quickly becoming the standard. And with SSD prices going down i don't see why not.

8GB has pretty much been the standard for awhile now, Even most prebuilts which are just for basic home use are loaded with 6-8GB these days, and the manufacturers are and have always been stingy with DRAM
