I looked at the sticky but it didnt 100% answer my questions.
(Re: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-803443/eyefinity-s... )

I have three R9 290 video cards and three displays.
I have them wired from left to right: DVI-DVI, HDMI-HDMI,DVI-HDMI from the first (top) card in the array.
In the Nvidia world I would just run three HDMI cords from each card to each monitor.
Am I doing myself a disservice with the way I have it wired?
Should I be running a display port to HDMI adapter (like a unit listed from the AMD webpage)?
OR should I be running a DVI-DVI, HDMI-DVI, & DisplayPort to DVI cables?

later this year I will be upgrading to three new displays with display port.
How would a display port to three display port adapter play into this, or can i run a display port from each of my three cards to each monitor?
