I am building the computer around an amd fx 4130(already purchased) , have a 500 watt power supply, and a case that will suffice. I need a build to run bf4 on mid settings around these requirements.

Hello,

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168..., 70USD;
Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... , 75 USD;
Graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168..., 240USD;
Hard-disk: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168..., 60USD;
DVD-RW: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA25V..., 37 USD.

Your case should be an ATX one; also, you should have a good 500W PSU, with +12V/40 Amps.
