Why?

Updated drivers awhile back, had nothing but poor graphic performance afterwards. Jaggies, rolling lines on the ground..etc like anti-aliasing was off or just low quality.

... long story short

Did everything with drivers, rolled back, used beta, used released version.

RMA'd my card, got card back, installed clean and used my original drivers I had before issue (issue remained).

Last night I went into the "overdrive" part of CCC and turned it on. Instantly I see a over all increase in quality of graphics and performance.

I remember reading once about someone who updated their drivers and their GPU seemed to be "locked" lower than before.

Currently the over drive is set to 1000 mhz and 1500 mhz clock.

I increased the power to +5% and the fan speed from 20% to 40%

At the moment this appears to have put me back (closely) to what I had before I updated my drivers.

Why?

CCC seems to cause problems to quite a few people. If so, I usually recommend uninstalling it.
