Is my pc bottle necking

GPU: Gtx 760
CPU: Amd fx 8320
Ram: 8gb
MotherBoard: msi 970a-g43

The only reason I think this, is because my motherboard is pretty cheap compared to my other components.

I would say no. It is an inexpensive motherboard , but it shouldn't bottleneck. The PCI express x 16 2.0 slot will set it back maybe 5%.

Sure why not, you can try it. Just be advised that it can reduce the lifetime of the CPU &motherboard.
