I am getting meassage frequently from hard disk to keep file back up otherwise loss the file. It is detected a problem . please give me a solution.

Hi there sharifshikder,

After you are getting this message, you should back up your data as soon as possible. After that, you should run a hard drive testing software program and check out its health. It is also a good idea to try the following: Go to the Hard Drive -> Right Click -> Properties -> Tools -> Error-checking ->Check Now-> Click both Options -> Start

If your problem is caused by bad sectors and the upper solution solves your problem, keep in mind that this just a temporary solution. Once bade sectors start to appear,they will eventually continue to do so.
