Get an i7 4790k instead
Get an ASRock Z97 Extreme 6 per http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/enthusiast-z97-motherboard-overclock,3893-27.html
Use a Noctua NH D14 instead
Get a MSI GTX970 instead of 2 x 770's
Get a Supernova 750 instead for 2 x 970's later on
Why the weird monitor?

I liked the idea of having one really wide monitor instead of two smaller monitors (the line in the center bugs me) why would you say to move to a smaller power supply and wouldn't two 770's be faster than a 970?

The 970 is a lot better then the 770, and uses somewhat less power. The 1200w power supply is probably overkill unless you intend to 3-way SLI in the future. You can probably drop it down to a 850W or so and save enough money to pay the extra for two 970s instead of two 770s. Two Gigabyte winforce OC's running full tilt will consume ~500W of power, leaving a healthy 350W for the rest of your system. Should be fine unless you intend extreme overclocks.

I agree on the heat sink, except it seems like you already own the heat sink. In that case, stick with it.

Finally.. You are spending 2200$ on a PC. Where is the SSD?

2 x 970's won't cost you much more than 2 x 770's. But they'll whoop ass.

Its easier to critiques your build if its on the same page. Saves jumping back and forth.

Do you own the Dark Knight or are you still looking for it?

the strange thing is is that it was popular everywhere and then the dark knight went out of stock the next day, nobody knows what happened, I asked xigmatek and this is what they said: "Hi Robert
