Solution
1. The motherboard is a Z87 which means you might need to update the BIOS for the CPU to work as the 4460 is Haswell refresh. As the CPU is locked (can't be overclocked) I'd suggest a better quality H97 motherboard like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128726 or this one which is a little cheaper but still nice http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157511

2. The memory is compatible, this has slightly better timings (latency) for slightly less money http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144614

3. That GPU is a good price but for a little extra you can get much better performance with either of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161449 or...

4. I would not recommend that power supply, it has cheap components and isn't really suited to a gaming PC. If you stick with the GTX 750ti this is a much better made unit and 400W is plenty http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151076. If you take my advice and get an R7 265 or R9 270 then this unit is perfect http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182066 and if you have any plans to get a more powerful graphics card in the next 2-3 years then I'd suggest this unit http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096 or this one as a modular option http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095

5. The HDD is compatible, the Blue series is cheaper and pretty nice but the Black might give you slightly faster speeds in some scenarios. If you have any plans to get an SSD for your build I'd suggest just getting a WD Caviar blue for now as the Caviar Black is pretty expensive
