Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had the MSI GTX 970s and what they're getting for temps in load and idle? I have the fan curve set to 50% and I'm getting around low 30s idle and 70 load with a 200mhz OC to the core clock. I am also in SLI.

Does this sound normal or a little high? I was hoping these cards would be a little cooler than my GTX 670s. They would get these temps when the fan was at 60%.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Yea these are primary card temps with a 200mhz oc... I wonder what speed the fan is running at for that review... I suppose I'll read it quick

I have been running gtx 970 SLI now for 3 days, i have an oc at +125 Core and +500 Memory. I have an surprisingly high idle temp on the main card, 60c with fans on auto and i have had that temp since day one, even with 1 card. Under full load it wont go over 72 so in my opinion thats pretty normal and 60c is like working temerature so i shouldnt worry to much :)

Ofc the temperature goes down alot if i use a custom fan curve but i prefer silence :)

Yeah I always use a custom curve.
