Need help troubleshooting

Need some help troubleshooting a problem. Problem is that the monitor wont display anything when the PC is turned on. The indicator light on the monitor just blinks on and off

Stuff I have tried:
-Unplugged monitor : monitor displays 'No Signal' message
-Plug the monitor to a different system : Monitor worked.
-Plug the GPU to another system : GPU Worked
-Reseated and cleaned GPU,RAM and CPU
-Reset BIOS

I have tried booting it up multiple times. Once i heard the windows startup sound play through the speakers. The whole tower lights up and all the fans go on when I power it up.

i tried plugging onto the onboard but no luck. It does the exact same thing as the GPU. I also tried resetting the BIOS just in case it was disabled from there but I still get the blinking on the monitor.

I do not think its the GPU though, I have tried running it on another 2 other computers and it worked fine.

you could try removing your gpu,unplugging all hardware except boot drive and use your onboard graphics and see if it boots then.if it does boot,plug in hardware one at a time with a reboot in between to see which,if any hardware,could be causing problems.
