Hope this isn't a troll post, but yes of course you can run it, maybe not with the Ultra texture patch though.
Your system is more than twice as powerful as a PS4 so don't even consider that route lol.

My guess is that the PS4 equivalent settings would be low-medium, there's only so much performance that you can squeeze out of a weaker system like that even if it's extremely optimized.
