r7 265 run well on my computer?

I'm am thinking about upgrading my current graphics card to a radeon r7 265. Will it run well in my current system? I'm worried about my CPU bottlenecking it.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core 3.80GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Graphics: GeForce GT 610 (Current)
Software: Windows 8

No bottleneck, a good upgrade. However make sure your power supply is sufficient enough though.

Go for a PSU that fits into all these three categories -

Antec/Corsiar/XFX/Seasonic with at least 80+ BRONZE certification and a minimum of 5 years warranty.

500W+ is preferable. Enjoy!

Antec HCG series are good, I own a HCG 900 but that is overkill for your needs, So Antec HCG 520 is prime.

For $89 bucks? Would the EVGA 500 B 80 work for just $50?
