Hi guys, I want to buy Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2 GB, but I don't know if it will work on:
CPU: intel core 2 quad q8300
MOTHERBOARD: MS-7366
MEMORY: 4 GB

please help :)

It will work as your motherboard support PCI-e 16x. However, the only issue I can see is that it is not PCI-e 3.0, I believe it is 1.0 which has much slower bandwith. What do you want to use your PC for? Or better yet, what do you want to use your 750 Ti for? Gaming?

My motherboard has max. supported x16, model is MS-7366 2.2
I want to play new FIFA 15 because now I have AMD radeon HD 7700 series (core: 800 MHz, memory: 900 MHz, size: 2GB) and FIFA is lagging

What about your PSU? If you are talking about the ASUS OC version, it requires an additional 6 pin PCIe power, so the PSU must have a PCIE cable connector. Your mobo and cpu is fine.
