Okay so i am looking for a new monitor because for ever now i have been using my 32" tv with 720p and only 1366 x 768. I really do like the size but i know for $250 that won't be happening. So i need a IPS panel monitor as i like the beauty it gives and at the SMALLEST size it to be a 24", would really prefer 27" or higher as i love huge monitors.

Thing i want in new monitor
24'' or higher, prefer 27" or higher tho
At least 1980x1080
1080p
minimum of 60hz refresh rate
And finally a maximum of 4ms response time.

Would love a quick response!

If this is a gaming monitor you want then your best option is the ASUS VG248QE http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B2HH7G0. It's a 24" 1080p monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time.

Not to mention it's Nvidia 3D capable and G-Sync compatible through upgrade kit. I actually have this monitor with both of these features installed and it's quite amazing. Even without either of these features it's one of the best monitors available for gaming and especially for the price.
