64bit GPU can use upto 2GB of graphic memory?

i have a nvidia 740m (GK208) 2GB in my laptop. and i want to know how good and bad it is?
i have heared that a 64bit GPU cant even use 2GB of graphic memory?

You heard wrong. In theory, a 64 bit processor can address 2^64 bytes (16 exabytes) of physical RAM. Of course, that is way more than the rest of the gfx subsystem can work with. But your GPU can address way more than 2GB VRAM.
