Hello i have an R9 280x and everything was fine until i got a notification this morning about the release of the 14.9 drivers so i uninstalled my 14.7 beta drivers as recommended on AMD website and after restarting my computer i kept getting blue and pink artifacts making it impossible to see or do anything, so i restarted and encountered the same problem until i had to boot in safe mode with networking(which i am using right now) but i am still unable to install the new drivers in safe mode due to failing to load detection driver(probably one of the services disabled in safe mode).
I have a restore point that dates back to 26 September but i'd like to keep that as a last resort, right now is there anything i could do to get the new drivers on?
