I just looked in the Bios of my system and noticed that my cpu is set to 1.365 volts not sure if its a good thing could this be why its running kind of hot?

Either update the bios or use a manual voltage setting. My cpu needs 1.135v for the 4.4ghz base clock, but ran on 1.365v too on auto, before updating the bios.

Thats way too much, also being a source of high temperatures and should be fixed immediately.

What's your motherboard?
Google it and download its manual there you'll find how.

Check in your BIOS the voltage settings, change the CPU Voltage option from "Auto" to "Manual" and select the voltage that you want.

That wouldn't change anything. If voltage is fine now, but temperature still high, you have insufficient cooling,
