Hi! Will I be able to play new and upcoming games with this unit? Please take note that I am not that very particular with using ultra settings in games. Medium-high will do. And I'm not into multiplayer either.

CPU: Intel i3 2120 @ 3.30Ghz
RAM: DDR3 4GB (I think this is a Kingston brand. I forgot sorry.)
Mobo: Acer Veriton M290
GPU: HD 7850
PSU: Antec VP450P

Thanks in advance! :)

Hey there azumarion,

What games do you have in mind? Do you have a budget for upgrades?
It is a good build, but I do't think you would be able to play all of the upcoming games. Some games require at least 6GB of RAM to even start installing on your computer. I would suggest get 2x4GB RAM.
Your CPU might cause you some major drawbacks with FPS as it is an older one. I could suggest checking the i5 series ot AMD's FX 4 and 6 series.
That GPU is good and might get the newer games going but for steady performance, you'd need a better one.
In case you are upgrading, do not forget to check how much wattage will your system need and if your current PSU could be sufficient enough or you'd need a better one.

This is a good website that gives you pretty accurate information about what games you could run at certain settings and what upgrades you'd need to run it better: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

Hope this helps,

Captain_WD.

I think you would be able to play games on Medium-High without any issues.

In the case of your RAM, a 666.667MHz base clock (rounded to 667MHz) equates to a 1333MHz effective RAM speed.
