Cables are likely long enough, but I can't see the lengths published by Corsair or listed in a review.
If they are not, you can always use an extension like this:
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_i...

Note that the VS450 is an entry level power supply. Don't attempt to run a high powered video card with this.

There are no published lengths for the cables that I can find, so I can't be sure how long they are or how long the cables are that you need.
It is not a big deal though if they are not long enough as you can use an extension:
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_i...

This is an Australian site but these BitFenix cables are available everywhere.
