Which card is better for high end gaming ?? Is extra money worth spending on the r9 270 ??

-Kingston 8GB Hyper-x
-Corsair 650w PSU
-Gigabyte Mobo
-AMD FX-6300 3.5 Ghz

You'd be looking at a 5-10% increase in performance across most benchmarks, which will translate similarly into your experience. So if the price isn't much more than 10% more, it probably is worth it.
