HELP!!!! Bought a new Geforce GTX 750 Ti!!!!

So i recently bought a ^^^^ and it put it in my pc and it used to beep and not show up on the monitor now it wont beep all it does is show up on the pc press esc to access start up menu so i do and nothing happens so here is my current build i know the PCU is too low is that all that is the problem?

Have you tried removing the GPU to see if that resolves the issue?

I will try that and if its fine then ill now its the gpu and i need to upgrade stuff but it should still pic up esc even though i have a 250w pcu?

Displaying text at 640x480 or whatever isn't terribly taxing on a GPU, but then trying to boot into Windows could potentially cause it to draw enough power to cause a failure at some level.

If you wanna do gaming you _really_ need a better PSU, preferably a 350W.
