Nothing looks too out of line there, though I'm not terribly familiar with the B85 chipset or its compatibility with particular CPUs. If you don't mind sharing, what's your budget and what's your intended usage?

Please provide your budget and intended use of the PC. Components are compatible. Better buy XFX/Seasonic series PSU.
